Product Overview:

Glycoprotein secreted by endothelial cells, which was isolated and identified from the embryonic mouse lung in 1998. EDIL3, containing a signal peptide, 3 epidermal growth factor-like repeats, and 2 discoidin I-like repeats, initiates angiogenesis by binding to integrin αvβ5 on resting endothelium and may play an important role in vessel wall remodeling and development during angiogenesis.
